Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL Education are seeking a dynamic Science Teacher to deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity, develop problem-solving skills, and foster a love of biology, chemistry, and physics for schools in Sheffield (S11). This role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys practical experiments, clear explanations, and helps students understand the world around them.
Your Duty in the Classroom as a Science Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across key stages
- Conduct experiments safely while encouraging hands-on learning
- Promote critical thinking, analysis, and independent learning
- Adapt lessons for different abilities and learning styles
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
- Track progress and support assessment
The kind of Science Teacher we are looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Science (preferred)
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Confident, organised, and student-focused approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
