Job Title: Drama Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting a dynamic Drama Teacher to join schools across Sheffield (S5, S9), delivering inspiring lessons that engage students in the performing arts.

As a Drama Teacher, you will guide pupils through acting, improvisation, and performance skills, fostering creativity, collaboration, and self-confidence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver stimulating drama lessons that develop practical and theoretical skills.
  • Encourage creativity, teamwork, and self-expression among pupils.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach confidently as a Drama Teacher.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
