Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you passionate about creativity and inspiring young minds through visual expression and imagination?
GSL Education are currently working with welcoming schools across Sheffield, particularly within the S5 and S9 communities, and are seeking a talented Art Teacher to deliver engaging and creative lessons.
As an Art Teacher, you will encourage students to explore a range of artistic techniques, develop confidence in self-expression, and appreciate different art forms within a supportive learning environment.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver inspiring art lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Foster creativity, originality, and artistic confidence in pupils.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment.
Requirements for Art Teacher:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
