This Drama Teacher role is ideal for a teacher who understands how drama builds communication skills, teamwork, and confidence—both on and off the stage.

What Your Lessons Will Focus On:

  • Deliver engaging Drama lessons across relevant key stages
  • Teach performance skills, improvisation, and scripted work
  • Encourage creativity, collaboration, and self-confidence
  • Support students with practical assessments and performances
  • Create an inclusive, energetic, and supportive learning environment

The Drama Teacher Schools Are Seeking:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Drama (preferred)
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management
  • Creative, energetic, and student-centred approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education
