Job Title: Cover Supervisor (CS)
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day Supply

GSL Education are actively recruiting a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support schools throughout Doncaster, covering the DN2 and DN6 districts, ensuring consistent classroom support and continuity of learning.
As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will step into the classroom to maintain a positive learning atmosphere, follow pre-set lesson plans, and encourage student engagement while upholding school expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide effective classroom supervision as a Cover Supervisor, ensuring learning continues in the teacher’s absence.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students to stay focused and complete assigned work.
- Communicate any concerns or feedback to relevant staff members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, and confidence in managing groups.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
