Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Worksop (S81)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are hiring a committed Geography Teacher to join supportive schools located in Worksop, teaching across the wider S81 locality, and delivering engaging, well‑structured lessons across the curriculum.

As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver high‑quality lessons, spark curiosity in physical and human geography, and help students build strong analytical and map‑reading skills while contributing positively to the wider school community.

Prime Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive geography lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively.
  • Promote environmental awareness and global understanding
  • Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or relevant UK teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience of teaching geography.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to professional standards as a Geography Teacher.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
