Job Title: MFL Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Salary: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long Term | Full-time / Part-time

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL Teacher passionate about inspiring students to develop their language skills and cultural awareness?

GSL Education are seeking a committed MFL Teacher to work in welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Sheffield (S2, S3), with immediate start opportunities available.

As an Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that promote communication, confidence, and a love for languages. You will support students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, helping them develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
• Teach one or more modern foreign languages, such as French, Spanish, or German.
• Assess, track, and report on student progress effectively.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in Modern Foreign Languages.
• Previous experience teaching MFL in secondary schools is desirable.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
