An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Humanities Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Manchester on a full-time, long-term basis.
This role is ideal for a passionate teacher who can deliver engaging and high-quality Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4.
The Role:

Teaching Humanities, with a specialism in History and/or Geography

Planning and delivering creative, inclusive lessons that inspire students

Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress

Contributing positively to the wider school community

Full-time, long-term position with the potential for extension
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

PGCE (or equivalent) in Humanities, History, or Geography

Experience teaching Humanities at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply)

Strong classroom management skills

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
