English Teacher
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £150 – £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a secondary school in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and support their progress in English Language and Literature.
The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).

Assess, track, and report on student progress.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school staff.

Support students with varying abilities to achieve their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching English at secondary level.

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
