Salary: Up to £220 per day

About the Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across the science curriculum, supporting student progress, and creating an engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning and achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the curriculum.
  • Inspire students to develop an interest in scientific enquiry and experimentation.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
  • Strong subject knowledge across the science curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
