About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons in line with existing plans, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and support students’ learning across multiple subjects. This role provides the opportunity to maintain continuity in students’ education while making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prepared lessons across different subjects and year groups.
  • Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Support students’ engagement, learning, and progress throughout the school day.
  • Follow lesson plans and school procedures to maintain consistency.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson delivery and student outcomes.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different classes and abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience is preferred.
  • Strong classroom management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students across a variety of subjects and abilities.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and committed to student development.
