SEN Learning Support Assistant – Oldham Inclusion Setting
Location: Oldham SEN Provision / Inclusion Hub
Start Date: January 2026 (Immediate support needed)
Hours: Full‑Time (Term‑Time)

Are you an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant or Psychology graduate ready to support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language challenges and more? We are recruiting for an Oldham Inclusion Hub / SEND school partnership where skilled support staff are in high demand to help pupils flourish.
About the Role
You’ll work alongside teaching staff to provide targeted support for pupils across primary and possibly secondary phases, delivering meaningful interventions and helping remove barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities

Provide in‑class and small group support for pupils with a range of SEND needs

Assist with personal care and communication strategies where required
-
Support behaviour for learning and positive engagement

Collaborate with teachers and SEN teams to adjust learning materials

Monitor and report progress and support pupil development

Psychology graduates, youth workers, and experienced TAs encouraged
