Location: Dinnington – S25
Salary: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are looking for dedicated, empathetic, and proactive individuals to join a welcoming school community in Dinnington (S25) as Behaviour Support Staff. This role offers the chance to influence students’ lives in a positive way while gaining valuable experience in an educational environment.
Your Role as Behaviour Support Staff:
- Work with individuals and small groups who require help with behavioural needs.
- Use effective strategies to encourage positive conduct and engagement in lessons.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and pastoral teams to ensure consistent guidance.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere within the school.
- Always follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience working with young people in education or a similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A calm, patient, and resilient manner when responding to challenging behaviour.
- A proactive approach and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
