About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to gain experience across different school settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and policies.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Manage behaviour in line with school expectations.
  • Support students’ learning, engagement, and progress.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to suit different abilities and year groups.
  • Provide feedback to staff on student progress and lesson outcomes where required.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience is preferred.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with students.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A flexible, proactive, and professional approach.
