Job Opportunity: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Hackney E5
Start Date: January 2026

Pay: £100–£110 per week
Are you a recent graduate who is aspiring to become aspiring child psychologist/ Speech and Language therapist / Pastoral Support Worker?
Your Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students with Autism and ADHD. Responsibilities include:
✔ One-to-one support for students’ academic and social development
✔ Providing personal care for pupils with SEN needs
✔ Assisting with Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
✔ Supporting classroom engagement and participation
✔ Collaborating with teachers, parents, and professionals
✔ Monitoring and recording student progress
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience with SEN (highly desirable)
✅ Willingness to provide personal care
✅ TA & Childcare Level 1/2/3 qualifications
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education
✅ Flexible and proactive approach
