About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will support classroom teaching, deliver prepared lessons, and provide learning opportunities that help students achieve their potential. You will work closely with staff to create a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all learners.
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and engaging students.
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation as required.
- Help maintain classroom organisation, discipline, and a positive learning atmosphere.
- Support students’ individual learning needs and personal development.
- Monitor and provide feedback on student progress to teaching staff.
- Encourage participation and engagement in all classroom activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or in a classroom setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive approach to supporting students.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of teaching and support staff.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to student development and learning.
