Salary: Up to £130 per day

About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will support classroom teaching, deliver prepared lessons, and provide learning opportunities that help students achieve their potential. You will work closely with staff to create a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and engaging students.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation as required.
  • Help maintain classroom organisation, discipline, and a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students’ individual learning needs and personal development.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on student progress to teaching staff.
  • Encourage participation and engagement in all classroom activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children or in a classroom setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive approach to supporting students.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team of teaching and support staff.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to student development and learning.
