Cover Supervisor
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay: £460 – £650 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL Education are looking for reliable and confident Cover Supervisors (CS) in Sheffield (S2, S3) to support learning during teacher absences. This is a key role that helps maintain structure, behaviour, and continuity in the classroom.

Ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals, this position offers valuable classroom experience.

What the CS Role Involves:

  • Supervising whole classes using pre-prepared lesson plans
  • Ensuring students remain on task and follow school behaviour policies
  • Providing support and guidance where appropriate (no planning required)
  • Managing classroom behaviour confidently and calmly
  • Reporting back to teaching staff and senior leaders as needed
