Job Title: Physical Education (PE) Support
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting for schools in Sheffield (S2, S3) to appoint a reliable PE Support who can assist with the delivery of engaging and well-organised physical education sessions.
As a Physical Education (PE) Support, you will help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment, supporting pupils to participate confidently in physical activities and sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and setting up equipment for PE lessons and activities.
- Support pupils during sessions, ensuring safety and engagement.
- Encourage teamwork, positive behaviour, and active participation.
- Work closely with teaching staff to support lesson delivery.
- Help monitor pupil progress and engagement levels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a physical activity setting.
- Confidence supporting pupils of varying abilities as a PE Support.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An understanding of safeguarding and student welfare.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
