Job description
We are currently seeking a qualified Secondary English Teacher to work on a full-time, long-term basis in a supportive secondary school in North Manchester.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and committed English specialist looking for stability and the chance to make a real impact in the classroom.
The Role:

Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons

Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with school policies

Contributing to the wider life of the school and maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS or PGCE (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

Have experience teaching Secondary English in a UK school

Demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour management skills

Be reliable, adaptable, and committed to a long-term placement

Have a passion for English and inspiring young people
