Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

Schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) alongside GSL Education are looking for a passionate Religious Education Teacher who can spark curiosity, encourage reflection, and guide students to think critically about beliefs, values, and ethics.
This role is ideal for a creative and reflective RE Teacher who enjoys discussion-based lessons and fostering a classroom culture where empathy, respect, and curiosity thrive.
Your Responsibilities as an RE Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons across different year groups and key stages
- Explore a variety of belief systems, ethical questions, and cultural perspectives
- Encourage debate, discussion, and critical thinking
- Support students of all abilities in developing understanding and empathy
- Maintain a structured, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and monitor progress
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Religious Education is desirable
- Strong classroom management and organisation skills
- Ability to make complex topics accessible and engaging
- Student-focused, professional, and reflective approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education
