Job Title: Religious Education (RE) Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are partnering with schools across Rotherham, particularly within the districts of S65 and S66, to place an engaging RE Teacher who can deliver meaningful lessons that build understanding of religious and moral concepts.
As a Religious Education (RE) Teacher, you will foster critical thinking, respectful discussion, and ethical awareness, creating an inclusive environment where students feel confident to express their ideas and ask questions.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging RE lessons covering key concepts and worldviews.
- Encourage discussion, reflection, and analytical thinking.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the curriculum.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence working as an RE Teacher.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
