About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to provide high-quality teaching and continuity of learning during staff absence. This role offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic progress and classroom experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Maintain a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students’ engagement and understanding of lesson content.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different abilities and learning needs.
- Provide feedback to school staff on student progress and behaviour.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant classroom teaching experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Confidence delivering lessons across different subjects and key stages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new school environments.
