About the Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners at different ability levels. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning while supporting students’ academic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Differentiate learning to support students of varying abilities.
- Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and practical scientific skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge across Science disciplines.
- Effective classroom management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A flexible, proactive, and professional approach to teaching.
