About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into the classroom to deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups. You will play a vital role in maintaining learning routines, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students to stay focused and engaged throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prepared lessons in line with school policies and expectations.
  • Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Support students’ learning, engagement, and progress.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to suit different abilities and learning styles.
  • Provide feedback to staff on student participation and lesson outcomes.
  • Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Confident delivering lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to different school environments.
