About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that promote understanding, problem-solving, and mathematical confidence. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency in learning and provide support that meets the needs of all learners.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Differentiate teaching to support students of varying abilities
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress effectively
- Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Encourage student participation, confidence, and resilience in Maths
- Work collaboratively with staff to support whole-school objectives
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
