About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will assist in delivering lessons, supporting students’ learning, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. You will help implement the school’s teaching plans and contribute to students’ academic and personal development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Assist in preparing teaching materials and classroom resources.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Support students’ engagement, learning, and personal development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement learning strategies and interventions.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to student development.
  • Willingness to learn and follow school guidance and policies.
