About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will assist in delivering lessons, supporting students’ learning, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. You will help implement the school’s teaching plans and contribute to students’ academic and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Assist in preparing teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students’ engagement, learning, and personal development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement learning strategies and interventions.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to student development.
- Willingness to learn and follow school guidance and policies.
