Job Title: Computer Science (CS) Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting to appoint a knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher for schools across Rotherham, serving learners in the communities of S65 and S66, to deliver engaging and relevant learning experiences.
As a Computer Science (CS) Teacher, you will develop learners’ logical thinking, computational skills, and digital confidence, while fostering curiosity, innovation, and responsible technology use in an inclusive classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured lessons covering a range of computing topics.
- Support learners in developing problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Promote positive behaviour and focused learning.
- Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to perform effectively as a Computer Science Teacher.
- Confident classroom management and communication skills.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and learner wellbeing.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
