Geography Teacher
Location: Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire
Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: January 2026
GSL Education are seeking a dynamic Geography Teacher to teach a broad and balanced curriculum in a secondary school near Boroughbridge.

Geography Teacher Responsibilities

Plan and teach Geography across KS3 and KS4

Develop pupils’ understanding of physical and human geography

Use fieldwork and practical activities to enhance learning

Prepare pupils for examinations
Requirements

QTS with Geography specialism

Experience teaching secondary Geography

Enthusiasm for real-world, enquiry-based teaching

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
