Role: Design Technology Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL Education are looking for a Design Technology (DT) Teacher who can inspire creativity, problem-solving, and innovation in the classroom for schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6).
This role is ideal for a DT Teacher who enjoys hands-on learning, guiding students through design projects, and helping them develop both technical and creative skills.
Your Role as a DT Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of design and technology topics.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and practical problem-solving.
- Support students in developing technical skills and confidence in making and designing.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom and workshop environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to monitor student progress and achievement.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Design Technology is desirable
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to make practical projects engaging and relevant
- Enthusiastic, creative, and student-focused approach
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education
