Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S35)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a Science Teacher to join schools situated in Sheffield’s S35 locality, delivering lessons that inspire enquiry, experimentation, and understanding of key scientific concepts.
As a Science Teacher, you will plan engaging lessons, support pupils’ learning across different abilities, and create a stimulating classroom where investigation and critical thinking are encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and interactive science lessons.
- Support students in developing analytical and investigative skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to help pupils progress.
- Maintain effective behaviour management and a focused learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of science and experience teaching as a Science Teacher.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
