Salary: Up to £220 Per day
Contract Type: Full time, Jan – Easter

Are you a passionate English Teacher eager to inspire students and make a real difference in their learning? A local school in Sheffield is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as an English Teacher for the January to Easter term.

About the Role:
As an English Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, inspire a passion for the subject, and support students’ academic progress. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience across the curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating English lessons for students across varying abilities.
- Support students’ learning, engagement, and progress through effective classroom management.
- Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Implement differentiated strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with staff to develop creative and effective learning resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Proven experience teaching English at Key Stage 3/4 or similar.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students of all abilities.
- Creative and adaptable approach to lesson planning and teaching.
