Salary: Up to £220 Per day

About the Role:
As a SEMH Teacher, you will plan and deliver targeted lessons and interventions that meet the unique needs of your students. You will create a positive and structured learning environment that supports behaviour management, emotional development, and academic achievement. This role provides the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on students’ education and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH.
- Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development in addition to academic learning.
- Maintain a safe and structured classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour.
- Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to implement personalised strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, interventions, and student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Experience supporting students with SEMH or related needs is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to plan differentiated lessons and adapt teaching to individual needs.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to student well-being and development.
