Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type - Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are hiring a Teaching Assistant to inspire and assist learners across Doncaster schools, notably in the DN2 and DN6 regions, maintaining a positive classroom environment and supporting teachers.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with pupils to support their understanding, help with tasks, and encourage positive behaviour. You will contribute to creating a nurturing and focused learning environment across a range of subjects.
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils individually or in small groups to complete learning activities.
- Assist the teacher in preparing resources and classroom materials.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in all lessons.
- Help monitor and record pupil progress.
- Support inclusion and participation for all students.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and patience when supporting learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff as a Teaching Assistant.
- Flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
