Role: PE Teacher
Location: Barnsley (S70, S71)
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL Education are seeking an energetic and motivated Physical Education Teacher to support schools across Barnsley (S70, S71). This is a fantastic opportunity for a PE Teacher who is passionate about physical activity, teamwork, and promoting healthy lifestyles among students.

- Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across a range of year groups.
- Plan and lead activities that encourage participation, fitness, and teamwork.
- Promote positive attitudes towards physical wellbeing and active lifestyles.
- Maintain a safe, well-managed, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students’ physical development and personal confidence.
Requirements for This PE Teacher Role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching PE is desirable.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities.
- Positive, professional, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
