Key Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages.
- Inspire students to develop language skills and cultural awareness through interactive and creative activities.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity and confidence in language learning.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Languages curriculum and raise attainment.
Requirements for the Role
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching French and Spanish in school settings.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make learning relevant and exciting.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
