Job Title: Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher
Location: Barnsley (S70, S71)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type - Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are inviting applications for an MFL Teacher to join schools in Barnsley, notably within the S70 and S71 localities, providing engaging lessons that make language learning accessible and rewarding.

As a Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons that develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, while fostering an appreciation for different cultures.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach languages with clear, structured, and engaging lessons.
  • Support students in developing practical communication skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help pupils progress.
  • Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience delivering lessons as an MFL Teacher.
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
