Job Title: Computer Science (CS) Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a reliable Computer Science Teacher to support schools situated in Sheffield’s S2 and S3 regions, delivering structured lessons that encourage computational thinking and technical confidence.
As a Computer Science (CS) Teacher, you will support students in understanding key concepts such as programming, algorithms, and digital literacy, while encouraging logical thinking and independent learning.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured computing lessons.
- Support learners in developing coding and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain effective classroom behaviour and engagement.
- Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience working as a Computer Science Teacher.
- Strong subject knowledge and organisational skills.
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
