Job Title: Design Technology (DT) Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking to appoint a motivated Design Technology Teacher for schools in Sheffield, particularly within the S2 and S3 districts, delivering engaging lessons that build problem‑solving skills and innovation.
As a Design Technology (DT) Teacher, you will guide learners through the design process, encourage creative thinking, and support the development of practical and technical abilities in a safe and well-managed environment.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of design and technology topics.
- Promote creativity, independent thinking, and practical skills.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and inclusive learning space.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Confident subject knowledge and experience as a Design Technology Teacher.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
