Role: SEN Teacher
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teacher to support students with special educational needs across schools in Dinnington (S25). This is a rewarding opportunity for an SEN Teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and helping students achieve their full potential.

What to Expect in This Role:

  • Deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of learning, communication, and behavioural needs.
  • Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals.
  • Monitor student progress and contribute to EHCPs and individual learning plans.

Requirements for This SEN Teacher Role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with SEN is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and adaptability.
  • Patient, empathetic, and student-focused approach.
  • Commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
