Job Title: Pastoral Manager
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are recruiting a reliable Pastoral Manager to work with schools throughout Dinnington, including those in the S25 postcode, ensuring strong student support, wellbeing strategies, and positive behaviour.
As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a key role in nurturing students’ emotional development, building strong relationships, and working closely with staff and families to remove barriers to learning.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead pastoral care initiatives that promote student wellbeing and inclusion.
- Support students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies where required.
- Monitor attendance, behaviour, and engagement.
- Contribute to safeguarding and child protection practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Pastoral Manager or in a similar pastoral role.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A calm, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
