Job Title: Cover Supervisor (CS)
Location: Sheffield (S13)
Pay rate: £460 -£650 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are hiring a dependable Cover Supervisor to join schools located throughout Sheffield’s S13 area, supporting classrooms so lessons run effectively and learners stay engaged.
As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will deliver pre-set work, manage classroom behaviour, and provide clear instructions to pupils across a range of subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence and maintain a productive learning environment.
- Deliver lesson plans provided by teaching staff.
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support pupils with their work and respond to basic questions.
- Report back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the similar educational role is desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Confidence working with pupils of varying abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
