About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will assist class teachers in delivering lessons, supporting students to access the curriculum, and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities:
• Support teachers in delivering lessons and helping students engage with learning activities.
• Maintain classroom order and encourage positive behaviour.
• Assist students to achieve their potential academically and personally.
• Prepare and organise lesson resources as needed.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and school leaders to deliver effective learning.
• Monitor student engagement and provide feedback to inform teaching.
Qualifications:
• Previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage behaviour and maintain classroom focus.
• Reliable, flexible, and professional approach.
• A genuine enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and student development.
