Sports Coach

Salary: £90 – £120 per day

GSL Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach to work within primary and secondary schools across Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sport, physical education, and inspiring young people to lead active and healthy lifestyles.
The Role:

Deliver engaging PE lessons and sports activities in line with the school curriculum.

Support teachers with PE sessions, extracurricular clubs, and sports events.

Encourage teamwork, confidence, and positive behaviour through sport.

Adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of all pupils, including those with SEN.

Promote physical wellbeing, resilience, and a love of sport.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working as a sports coach, PE coach, or within a school setting.

Relevant sports or coaching qualifications (desirable).

Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

An energetic, positive, and adaptable approach.
