Job Title: Religious Education (RE) Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting a dedicated RE Teacher to support schools throughout Rotherham, including those in the S65 and S66 postcodes, delivering lessons that inspire reflection, discussion, and understanding of varied religious and ethical perspectives.
As an Religious Education (RE) Teacher, you will create engaging lessons that develop pupils’ critical thinking, support moral reasoning, and foster respect for diverse cultures and beliefs.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured RE lessons that inspire curiosity and understanding.
- Guide pupils in exploring ethical questions and religious traditions.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to help pupils improve their knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence as an RE Teacher.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
