Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are excited to recruit Maths Teachers across Rotherham, notably within the S65 and S66 localities, offering an excellent opportunity to deliver structured and confidence‑building lessons.
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will focus on clear explanations, logical thinking, and practical problem-solving, helping pupils develop essential numeracy skills within a supportive classroom environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-organised maths lessons that support understanding and progress.
- Help pupils develop problem-solving and reasoning skills.
- Use positive behaviour strategies to maintain a focused learning space.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on pupil work.
- Contribute to planning and assessment activities with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Secure subject knowledge and confidence working as a Maths Teacher.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to supporting learners of different abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
