Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for English Teachers to work with schools situated in Rotherham’s S65 and S66 regions, providing engaging lessons that inspire learners and support their progress.
As an English Teacher, you will plan structured sessions, encourage thoughtful discussion, and help pupils strengthen their reading, writing, and spoken skills in a positive learning environment.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear and engaging English lessons.
- Support learners with comprehension, writing techniques, and verbal expression.
- Provide constructive feedback to help pupils improve their work.
- Maintain a calm and purposeful classroom using effective behaviour strategies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Confident subject knowledge and experience working as an English Teacher.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to supporting pupils of varying abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
