Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are partnering with schools across Doncaster (DN2 & DN6) to appoint an enthusiastic English Teacher who can create engaging lessons that inspire a love of reading, writing, and language.
As an English Teacher, you will deliver structured lessons, support learners of varying abilities, and create an encouraging environment where pupils build confidence in comprehension, analysis, and expression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across reading, writing, and spoken language.
- Support pupils in developing critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Use effective behaviour management to maintain a positive learning space.
- Provide feedback to help students progress academically.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate assessment records.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and experience as an English Teacher.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to supporting learners of different abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Professional and responsible approach to safeguarding and child protection.
