SEN Teacher

We’re seeking a committed and thoughtful SEN Teacher to join a SEN school in Bordon. This role is ideal for someone who values inclusive education, builds strong relationships, and understands that progress looks different for every learner.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering structured, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs

  • Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

  • Creating a calm, consistent, and positive learning environment

  • Working closely with teaching assistants and wider support teams

  • Monitoring progress and adapting approaches to help pupils achieve meaningful outcomes

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

  • Has experience in SEN or inclusive settings (desirable but not essential)

  • Is patient, adaptable, and reflective in their practice

  • Communicates clearly with colleagues, families, and professionals

  • Is committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
