SEN Teacher

We’re seeking a committed and thoughtful SEN Teacher to join a SEN school in Bordon. This role is ideal for someone who values inclusive education, builds strong relationships, and understands that progress looks different for every learner.
You’ll be responsible for:

Planning and delivering structured, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

Creating a calm, consistent, and positive learning environment

Working closely with teaching assistants and wider support teams

Monitoring progress and adapting approaches to help pupils achieve meaningful outcomes
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

Has experience in SEN or inclusive settings (desirable but not essential)

Is patient, adaptable, and reflective in their practice

Communicates clearly with colleagues, families, and professionals

Is committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
