Salary: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate

Your Role as Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Support students with their learning and encourage participation.
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity and support.
- Uphold school policies and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
What You’ll Need as Cover Supervisor:
- Experience working with young people (in education or other settings).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A proactive, flexible attitude and a genuine interest in education.
- Degree or relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
